Adult film star Tera Patrick gave her porn star hubby Evan Seinfeld an ultimatum — their marriage or his steamy screen career — and he chose porn, she claims.In her new memoir, “Sinner Takes All,” Patrick recounts how she told Seinfeld, her husband of seven years, last summer that he had to give up starring in X-rated films if he wanted to stay married to her. Patrick herself had not shot a new video since 2006. After Seinfeld chose the flicks, the couple split in September.Writes Patrick: “I said to Evan, ‘I’m your wife, and that is the strongest bond two people should have, and that should come first. I’ve moved on from porn. And I want you to stop. You promised me you’d only do porn for a few years. Your few years are up.’ “

Teravision signs new contract star

About Evan Seinfeld
Evan Seinfeld is best summed up as a modern renaissance outlaw. He has conquered the worlds of music, television, film, and photography – both in the mainstream and triple-X playing fields – and has only just begun to fulfill all of his creative dreams.
As a founding member, lead singer, and bassist of the influential and groundbreaking social hardcore band Biohazard, Evan led the Brooklyn-bred rockers to multi-platinum status and critical acclaim for the past 20 years. The group’s material embodied the urban struggle of life on the gritty streets of Brooklyn as communicated through mammoth, machine-like guitar riffs, growling bass lines set to greasy drum grooves. But it was Evan’s gruff, rhythmic vocals and honest, timely lyrics that connected with a generation growing weary of the narcissistic ‘80s.
“Our fans used our music as a soundtrack to a positive release for their negative energy,” says Evan. “Biohazard’s music speaks to the violent, aggro and disenfranchised youth of our global, urban, tribal, hardcore heavy metal community.”
Since forming in 1987, Biohazard has released 10 albums and reached nearly 4 million units sold worldwide without a single spin at commercial radio. At their height, Biohazard’s State of the World Address (featuring Cypress Hill’s Sen Dog on “How It Is”) reached No. 2 on Germany’s pop album charts, right behind David Hasselhoff.
The band’s success is due to the laudable reputation they garnered as the hardest working touring band of the ‘90s. Biohazard performed more than 3,000 concerts in over 80 countries. The band has headlined major festivals, including the notorious Dynamo Open Air in Eindhoven, Holland and shared the bill around the globe with such acts as Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, Pantera, Slayer, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cypress Hill, David Bowie, Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, the Prodigy, Aerosmith, Midnight Oil, KISS, Iron Maiden, and many others. Evan reinvented himself as a mainstream actor in 1998 when he accepted the role of badass biker Jaz Hoyt on HBO’s critically acclaimed prison drama Oz. The musician-turned-actor displayed his creative diversity by portraying one of the most despicable TV characters ever conceived from season two in 1998 through the show’s series finale in 2003. His renewed star status landed him on Politically Incorrect along with Ralph Nader, who told Evan, “You could lead an unruly mob of beer drinkers to the gates of Hell. And I firmly believe they’d follow you there.”
In 2002 came another step forward in the entertainment industry – this time in the adult film sector. He took over managing his soon-to-be wife, adult superstar Tera Patrick, and created Teravision together in 2003. The couple married in January 2004. Evan dons the hats of CEO, director, photographer, cinematographer, producer, manager, and agent. He also oversees the company’s several websites, production, distribution and licensing deals, as well performing under the naughty nom de plume Spyder Jonez in many features, including Tera Tera Tera, Teradise Island, Reign of Tera, Collision Course, Appetite for Destruction, Test Drive, Desperate, and others.
Evan also appears in the 2005 documentary film Fuck, which includes commentary about what the word fuck means by such artists, authors, musicians, politicians, and celebrities as Hunter S. Thompson, Bill Maher, Alan Keyes, Alanis Morissette, Ice-T, Sam Donaldson, Drew Carey, Steven Bochco, and his wife Tera Patrick, among others.
In 2006, Evan was chosen by VH1 to be the fire-starter of an elite cache of rock musicians pitted against one another in a sequestered environment to create the hit rock reality series, Supergroup. He co-starred alongside rock legends Ted Nugent, Sebastian Bach of Skid Row, Scott Ian of Anthrax, and Jason Bonham, son of the legendary John Bonham of Led Zeppelin. “They made me out the bad guy,” smiles Evan. “But really I’m just a nice Jewish boy from Brooklyn.”
As a photographer, Evan’s work has been published in the pages — and on the covers — of such major magazines as Playboy, Penthouse, FHM, and Maxim. He has also written for many publications, including an ongoing column for Stuff magazine.
Presently, Evan and Tera co-host the Playboy Radio show Rockstar/Pornstar for Sirius Satellite Radio and run a multi-million dollar porn empire that includes a production company (Teravision), a licensing and marketing division, (The Tera Patrick Agency), a hardcore video production company (Iron Cross), a lingerie line (Mistress Couture), and several websites (their flagship site, www.terapatrick.com, the interactive game site www.virtualtera.com, and the newly launched celebrity porn site www.rockstarpimp.com).
Meanwhile, Evan is on the 20th anniversary reunion world tour with Biohazard through the end of 2008 with more dates to be added in 2009. The group’s material embodied the urban struggle of life on the gritty streets of Brooklyn as communicated through mammoth, machine-like guitar riffs, growling bass lines set to greasy drum grooves. But it was Evan’s gruff, rhythmic vocals and honest, timely lyrics that connected with a generation growing weary of the narcissistic ‘80s.
“Our fans used our music as a soundtrack to a positive release for their negative energy,” says Evan. “Biohazard’s music speaks to the violent, aggro and disenfranchised youth of our global, urban, tribal, hardcore heavy metal community.”
Since forming in 1987, Biohazard has released 10 albums and reached nearly 4 million units sold worldwide without a single spin at commercial radio. At their height, Biohazard’s State of the World Address (featuring Cypress Hill’s Sen Dog on “How It Is”) reached No. 2 on Germany’s pop album charts, right behind David Hasselhoff.
The band’s success is due to the laudable reputation they garnered as the hardest working touring band of the ‘90s. Biohazard performed more than 3,000 concerts in over 80 countries. The band has headlined major festivals, including the notorious Dynamo Open Air in Eindhoven, Holland and shared the bill around the globe with such acts as Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, Pantera, Slayer, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cypress Hill, David Bowie, Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, the Prodigy, Aerosmith, Midnight Oil, KISS, Iron Maiden, and many others. The musician-turned-actor displayed his creative diversity by portraying one of the most despicable TV characters ever conceived from season two in 1998 through the show’s series finale in 2003. His renewed star status landed him on Politically Incorrect along with Ralph Nader, who told Evan, “You could lead an unruly mob of beer drinkers to the gates of Hell. And I firmly believe they’d follow you there.”
In 2002 came another step forward in the entertainment industry – this time in the adult film sector. He took over managing his soon-to-be wife, adult superstar Tera Patrick, and created Teravision together in 2003. The couple married in January 2004. Evan dons the hats of CEO, director, photographer, cinematographer, producer, manager, and agent. Rebel Ink focuses on the rebel culture and the tattoos they wear. The magazine covers everything from music to mixed martial arts and features the hottest tattoo artists in the world. It also boasts some of the hottest rebel girls showing off their amazing body art.
Tera Patrick is the perfect person to fit that image.
“Obviously if I cared what other people think I never would have gotten into porn and I wouldn’t have these big tattoos,” says Tera.
Evan seconds that sentiment, adding “I love that what I do makes people nervous and I love that they are uncomfortable with it.”
The debut issue of Rebel Ink is on stands now at every major chain including most 7-Eleven stores and Wal-Mart.
Tera’s interview and photo spread in Rebel Ink is her latest venture into mainstream publishing, but it will not be her last. Tera and Evan have just announced that they have a book coming out from Gotham Publishing in 2010. The book will be titled “Sinner Take All” and will cover all aspects of the couple’s life and business ventures.
Tera Patrick is the number one pornstar in the world today. With a classy, exotic, and more Glamour Queen than Porn Queen look, a voluptuous body, and keen sense for business, Tera has transcended hardcore to mainstream celebrity, emerging as the millennium’s first authentic global sex symbol.
Born in Great Falls, Montana to an American Army doctor father of English and Dutch descent and a Thai mother, Tera moved around quite a bit as a child both in the U.S. and overseas, gaining a valuable, early understanding of different peoples and cultures. At the tender age of 13, she was discovered by a Japanese photographer on Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco and immediately enrolled in the venerable Barbizon Modeling School. Soon after, Tera signed with Morning Sun modeling agency and became an overnight success in both print and runway, spending most of her teen years as a working model in Japan, Europe and New York.
Upon returning to the U.S. after immense success overseas, Tera felt compelled to give something back and removed her high heels long enough to enroll in Boise State University to take undergraduate classes in biology. Finding helping others truly fulfilling, Tera pursued a career in medicine by earning a certificate as an emergency medical technician and studying until she achieved a degree to be a registered nurse. She landed jobs in nursing homes and emergency rooms in Simi Valley, California, clearly becoming the sexiest girl in white her hospital had ever seen.
Even though Tera genuinely enjoyed nursing, friends convinced her to get back into modeling. She soon found herself at an open audition for Playboy and was selected from among a thousand ambitious and gorgeous ladies for both the magazine and Playboy TV. In the blink of an eye, Tera Patrick was gracing the covers of every important men’s publications, including Hustler, Club, Swank, Velvet, High Society, and Cheri. She remains t he only woman to ever grace the covers of Playboy and Penthouse simultaneously and she still holds the laudable position of publisher of Genesis magazine. And to this day, she is the only erotic performer to appear on the cover of the domestic FHM. She also appeared on the cover of FHM U.K., where she served as the magazine’s sexpert for four years.
A hopeless exhibitionist, Tera further explored her sensuous side and in late 1999 she stepped onto the big and small screens, accepting roles in various nude and soft-core features like The Seduction of Maxine and other “skin-a-max”-type soft-core flicks. While her first film, Aroused, directed by adult visionary Andrew Blake, was indeed a hardcore film, she only performed with a girl making her role in the film soft-core. Her first hardcore film (girl-boy) came later that year/next year in the Adam & Eve production Fire and Ice. Tera’s naughty notoriety spread even further through her co-hosting role on Night Calls 411 on Playboy TV from 2000-2003.
In her almost 10 years in the entertainment business,Tera has been featured in over 100 adult films and has appeared on more magazine covers than any other adult star in history. Since winning the coveted “Best New Starlet” award for her first film, Tera has gone on to win every major award in the medium and she continues to set records on the adult charts.
In 2002, she met the man of her dreams – Evan Seinfeld of the HBO prison drama Oz and founder/lead singer/bassist of the multi-platinum hardcore Brooklyn rockers Biohazard. After a whirlwind romance, the couple tied the knot in Las Vegas on Jan. 9, 2004 and currently reside in California.
In 2003, Tera and Evan formed their own production company, Teravision. Tera exploded as a contract star (a “Vivid Girl”) for porn giant Vivid Entertainment, but the dynamic duo was confident they could produce top quality adult fare on their own. Today, Teravision releases two High Definition erotic adult movies each month via U.S. distribution through Vivid and their porn empire goes beyond Teravision. They also have a licensing and marketing division (The Tera Patrick Agency), a lingerie line (Mistress Couture), a radio show (Rockstar/Pornstar on Playboy Radio on Sirius), a hardcore production company (Iron Cross), and some of the most popular porn websites on the Internet, including their official flagship site, TeraPatrick.com.
Tera’s superstar status has also been furthered by countless appearances in the mainstream media, including a cameo in the blockbuster Will Farrell comedy Blades of Glory, a storyline based on her and co-starring her on Cartoon Network’s Aqua Teen Hunger Force, an appearance in the video game Backyard Wrestling 2: There Goes the Neighborhood, and her role a spokesperson and downloadable character for the video game Saints Row 2. Mainstream fans also know Tera from various specials and shows on CNBC, HBO, WE, MTV, E!, VH1 and of course the Howard Stern Show.
Tera is booked solid on an exhaustive schedule; celebrity appearances from Conventions like AVN, and Exxxotica , to Video stores and record stores and even DJ’s at the hottest clubs in America, in NY, Miami, Chicago, Reno, Los Angeles, and many more, including several appearances each year at the top grossing nightclub-restaurant in the world, Tao Las Vegas. Tera is the top feature dancer selling out gentleman’s clubs around the world and is getting ready to heat up Las Vegas with her very own live burlesque show!
Tera is also extremely active in the adult film community, raising money for CAUSES SUCH AS the Free Speech Coalition and A.I.M Healthcare and the cancer-battling organization, B.A.B.E. (Breast Awareness Benefits Everyone).
In 2008 Tera and her husband Evan created a public service announcement for the Restricted To Adults – RTA Website Label to remind parents to utilize parental filtering software. Created by the online child protection organization the Association of Sites Advocating Child protection (ASACP), RTA is committed to protecting children from viewing age-inappropriate content. In 2009 ASACP honored Tera and Evan and their efforts to protect children online with its annual Service Recognition Award.
Currently, Tera has three mainstream instructional fitness videos BEING released, titled Fit for Sex, with the company that brought us Carmen Electra’s Aerobic Striptease. And, she begins hosting her new show, School of Sex on Playboy TV, this fall in which Tera gives sex advice while her teachers’ helpers act-out the advice. She will also star in her new burlesque show, Sex, which debuts in January 2009.
