Hoping to keep her private parts private, Vanessa Hudgens is suing the owners of a website for posting her naked self-portaits.
The Disneyfied starlet has gone to federal court in Los Angeles to ask a judge to order moejackson.com to remove her widely disseminated cell-phone images immediately. The High School Musical star is also seeking unspecified damages.

Braun’s lawyer in those endeavors was RRA attorney Kari Rosenfeld, whose representation of Braun predated that of Nurik’s (and whose tiny photograph is at left).The companies’ corporate addresses were listed under the same address Rothstein used for many of his corporations in Tallahassee.

Recently NPR brought us word of Mars‘ new candy bar, Fling, a new product so girlie it practically wears earrings and a feather boa. The packaging is hot pink. The Twix-style chocolate bar comes in 85-calorie “slender fingers.” And the print ads urge you to “Pleasure yourself.” To pleasure yourself with chocolate fingers. Jaysus, can’t anybody just buy a Rabbit anymore?
You wouldn’t think selling chocolate to women would be that hard, but Mars has been working double shifts to make sure we get the winking innuendo. ”Naughty, but not that naughty” is the product’s motto (see commercial below) — because an 85-calorie trifle is a simple pleasure you can guiltlessly enjoy in the middle of a workday just like masturbation is a simple pleasure you can guiltlessly enjoy in the middle of a work … hmmm, well, they’re similar anyway.
So far, the candy bar is only available in California, but Mars may take the campaign nationwide if it’s successful enough. Dare to dream, ladies! When news of “Fling” hit Broadsheet offices, we immediately threw glitter and tampons in the air in celebration.

Miss Calif. to learn whether she’ll keep crown

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. – The Miss California USA pageant is expected to announce its decision over whether Carrie Prejean should keep her state crown amid allegations of contract violations.
The pageant has been investigating whether the 21-year-old San Diego native violated her contract by making public appearances with groups opposed to same-sex marriage. Prejean also failed to reveal to organizers that she posed in her underwear as a teenager.
Pageant organizers have scheduled a news conference on the matter for later Monday. There’s no word on whether Miss USA contest owner Donald Trump will disqualify Prejean as first runner-up in the national contest.

There are few topics in a relationship that cause more controversy than strip clubs. Many of us can’t understand why our man would need to watch some other girl strip it off and shake her ass in his face when he can have our naked ass in his face whenever he wants it (for free, I might add). And isn’t watching some other girl get naked a form of cheating? He wouldn’t like it if I let some random dude come over and rub his crotch in (or on) my face for $5.

This week’s Sf Chronicle column Manufacturing Outrage – Violet Blue: Why the SF Weekly should be ‘whipped and gagged’ brings together years of a local weekly paper insulting and deriding all of the the non-mainstream sexual communities that exist within San Francisco, brought to a head by the recent piece by SF Weekly’s Matt Smith. It’s out of control, and yes, I’m being publicly personally attacked (again ***yawn***) by the Weakly’s Ben Wachs (remember him?). Please read the column; I tied in the shockingly lengthy arrest record of the anti-porn pundit whose repeatedly cited in anti-Kink media, did a big update on the state of things, and got some really quite serious commentary from Acting Director, UC Berkeley’s Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic Jason Schultz. Many are calling for a boycott of the Weekly (including a few LGBT community biggies) and people are making anti-Weekly shirts. Although a negative situation, I think the reaction of people by and large is a positive sign of the times in terms of acceptance, tolerance and embracing diverse sexual cultures as part of the fabric that makes us who we all are as San Franciscans, Americans and citizens of the world.
