Miss California Carrie Prejean and Donald Trump emphasized her beauty and successful modeling career at Tuesday’s press conference, and now E! has uncovered some footage of her pre-scandal days from their own network.
Last year Prejean modeled lingerie for the network’s pre-Oscar “Countdown to the Red Carpet.” Dressed in a bra, underwear and stilettos, Prejean shared the screen with Ben Lyons, Debbie Matenopoulos and Kim Kardashian.

Rachel Maddow, Eliot Spitzer Interview: Spitzer Discusses Financial Crisis And Past Escort Scandal (VIDEO)

Former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer appeared on “The Rachel Maddow Show” on Tuesday night for a lengthy interview about the current financial crisis and the bank bailouts, as well as his reasons for stepping down from office amidst the escort scandal and any he regrets he may have.
Spitzer had some pointed criticism for the way the Obama administration has been handling the bank bailouts. When Spitzer was attorney general of New York, he prosecuted AIG and other Wall Street banks, and Maddow asked him if he saw a connection between those prosecutions and what led to the current crisis…
In part two of the interview, Spitzer discussed why he resigned the governorship when the escort scandal erupted (it was what was right for the state and his family), as well as answering Maddow’s blunt question: “Do you believe prostitution should be legal?” Spitzer’s first answer was “No, these are not victimless crimes,” but then he demurred, saying “perhaps I’m not the right person to pass judgment at this time.” It should be noted that while prostitution is illegal, no charges were ever filed against Spitzer.

E! has got the Girls Next Door, but Irish video-game firm Jolt Online Gaming is making the Playboy Playmate experience even more interactive. It plans to launch Playboy Manager, a massively multiplayer online (MMO) casual game that lets players live out the fantasy of managing a group of Playboy (NYSE: PLA) models. Jolt picked up the rights from Playboy; the startup’s CEO and founder Dylan Collins told the Sunday Business Post that it was “the first time that Playboy has come into the online gaming space.”
The free game will pull in videos and photos of real-life Playboy models, though players will be able to pay for upgrades; they’ll compete to get their models in the “top spot” as a Playmate (and a permanent room at the Playboy Mansion). It’s one of three games in Jolt’s roster; Collins told the Sunday Business Post that it has two other titles in development, and that it plans to acquire the rights to more: “We will either do deals with big brands such as Playboy and develop the games ourselves, or we will acquire solid, existing games.” Jolt is backed by private investors and Enterprise Ireland (a government-run business development agency); the startup plans to raise more capital this year. Now, we understand that there’s apparently some scandal about Carrie not telling the Miss California officials about these photos. But you know what the real scandal is? The fact that TMZ hasn’t released uncensored versions of these photos. How are we to know just how scandalized we’re supposed to feel if we can’t see any nipple?

Playboy Enterprises Inc. said Monday it is considering reducing the circulation of its namesake magazine, cutting its frequency and raising prices as it copes with the erosion of its print audience and advertising dragging down the adult-entertainment company.
The possible moves come as Playboy posted a net loss of $13.7 million, or 41 cents per share, for the first quarter, compared to a net loss of $4.2 million, or 13 cents per share, a year earlier. The latest results included $8.7 million in impairment and restructuring charges.Jerome Kern, Playboy’s interim chairman and chief executive officer since Christie Hefner stepped down at the end of last year, said in a conference call with analysts that while the magazine is important to the company’s image and brand, “it is clear that this company cannot continue to sustain significant losses in a business that now comprises less than one quarter of the company’s revenue base.”
Playboy is exploring what Mr. Kern described as “radical” changes to the magazine, including its 2.6 million guaranteed circulation. In addition, Playboy this summer will combine its July and August issues to save money on printing and distribution, a move it says could be a precursor to a permanent curtailing of frequency.

NEW YORK – Donald Trump has said Miss California USA, Carrie Prejean, (pray-ZHAHN’), can retain her crown.
Trump, who owns the Miss USA pageant, made the announcement Tuesday at Trump Tower in New York City.
The 21-year-old Prejean failed to reveal before last month’s Miss USA pageant that she had posed in her underwear as a teenager.
