Hey, geek — want to be sexy? Better start a video blog. That’s the takeaway from the hot and heavy voting in Wired.com’s 2008 Sexiest Geeks competition.
Vloggers Philip DeFranco (pictured above, center) and Marina Orlova (above left) harnessed their massive online audiences to shoot past actors, musicians and assorted brainiacs to become the top-rated sexy geeks in this year’s extremely unscientific reader poll. Artist and MythBusters debunker Kari Byron (above right) came in No. 3 at the time of our official tabulation.

This may be the very best police report of 2008. When Charles Barkley was busted in Arizona early this morning for DUI, he told cops he ran a stop sign because he was in a hurry to get some oral sex.
According to the officer who wrote the report, “He told me that he ran the stop sign because he was in a hurry to pick up the girl I saw get in the passenger seat.”
The officer continues: “He asked me to admit that she was ‘hot.’ He asked me, ‘You want the truth?’ When I told him I did he said, ‘I was gonna drive around the corner and get a bw job. He then explained that she had given him a ‘bw job’ one week earlier and said it was the best one he had ever had in his life.”

Court: Naked People Have Privacy Rights, Wis. Ruling Upholds Guilty Plea Of Man Who Videotaped His Girlfriend While They Were Having Sex – CBS News

(AP) A state appeals court ruled Tuesday that a person who is voluntarily nude in the presence of another still has privacy rights against being secretly videotaped, in a decision that bolsters Wisconsin’s video voyeur law.
The ruling upholds the felony guilty plea of Mark Jahnke, who videotaped his girlfriend while she was naked and while they were having sex. He argued in his appeal that because the woman agreed to be naked around him, she had no reasonable expectation of privacy.
The state Department of Justice argued that shared intimacy does not give a person the right to film another unknowingly.

It’s a Monday morning at choice, an upscale café in Brooklyn’s Fort Greene neighborhood, and Keri Russell is making the counter woman’s day. Wearing a blue T-shirt, white pants, and a floppy-brimmed, “Hey, there’s a famous person under here” straw hat, she asks for a bacon-and-egg croissant and gets a fawning, borderline-creepy smile.
“She offered me turkey bacon,” Russell says between bites. “I’ve never had turkey bacon. The real deal is better.” Bland pork substitutes or not, the 32-year-old beauty clearly likes stopping by Choice for breakfast. A Brooklyn fixture, often spotted pushing a stroller or picking up Asian takeout, she and her carpenter husband, Shane Deary, recently finished restoring the nearby brownstone they share with their 18-month-old son, River. Having a master craftsman around the house is useful but not without its dangers. “When Shane was growing up, he lived in this A-frame house with a rope swing hanging from a rafter,” she explains. “The other day he said, ‘I really want a rope swing for River. Let’s put it right here!’ And I said, ‘Buuut the staircase is right here. He would fall down three flights of stairs.’”

Busy week of parties for Tera Patrick

Hugh Hefner has sent out his annual holiday card, and in 2008 the 82-year old doubled the Christmas cheer by posing with topless, bodypainted twin girlfriends Karissa and Kristina Shannon in a photo on the front.
Hefner, 82, is in his standard uniform of silk robe and pajamas while the girls, 19, have pink paint and the word “hef” written across their chests and matching cloth shorts.
Hefner recently took up with the twins after splitting from his trio of “Girls Next Door” girlfriends Kendra, Holly and Bridget. Scroll down to see the twins’ mugshot from a pre-Hef January battery arrest.
